SECOND, WITH JANSSEN PHARMACEUTICALS.SPECIFICALLY,
THE BOARD AUTHORIZED COUNTY COUNSEL TO ENTER THE
CALIFORNIA STATE SUBDIVISION AGREEMENTS IN THESE CASES AND
FILE CLAIMS AS NECESSARY TO MAXIMIZE THE COUNTY'S RECOVERY
OF OPIOID LITIGATION SETTLEMENT FUNDS. THE AGREEMENTS DO
REMAIN SUBJECT TO THE FINAL APPROVAL OF OTHERS. WHEN THE
AGREEMENTS ARE FINALIZED, COPIES OF THE FINAL AGREEMENTS
CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE OFFICE OF COUNTY COUNSEL TO ANY
