Bryan Kaye - Oral re: LGBTQ+ Members interviewed by Supervisor Foley; suicides among the LGBTQ+ community; parents agreeing to force children to take medications; Sheriff Deputy clearing the Board Room to silence him and showing support of other speakers during Board meeting; submitted complaint regarding fraud on the court; former Attorney General Kamala Harris investigation into fraud charges against the Klubnikin estate

 

Brigitte - Oral re: Public comments during budget hearing and the Ralph M Brown Act; court letter from Judge Pham; courts ignore fraud charges related to the Klubnikin estate; charges investigated by Kamala Harris when she was Attorney General and judges that ignore the California Attorney General

 

Eileen McDermott - Oral re: Finds it offensive when Supervisor left the room after heated discussion; Ambassador for Jesus Christ; human child trafficking brings highest revenues in the United States of any other enterprise and children as young as 4 and 5 years old are trafficked; organ harvesting; consider using tax revenues to help children; problems with infrastructure in Orange County, homeless population, anxiety and depression; churches closed during pandemic

 

Ilya Tseglin - Oral re: Would like to meet with Supervisor Sarmiento to discuss the case regarding his son Nate; rights of Nate have been violated; support of rules of law and constitution

 

Laura Morfin - Oral re: Requested help regarding F02 flood channel off of Raitt St. between Edinger and Occidental; flood channel is exposed and unprotected and is located near several schools; illegal dumping, graffiti and vegetation in the channel and is a breeding ground for mosquitos; requested the County work with the City of Santa Ana to address issues and develop a plan of action

 

Mrs. Cameron - Oral re: Housing Commissioner James Mai committed a hate crime, pretends to be a lawyer and filed a civil harassment order to keep her from attending the OC Housing Commission meetings; filed a claim against the County; the County owes her attorney fees and monies for pain and suffering
