Ilya Tseglin - Oral re: County attorneys are corrupted; Public Defenders assigned by judges misrepresent defenders, violate the rules of law and lie in court; Public Defenders are in cahoots with corrupted judges to make a ruling profitable to them; violation of rules of law; Public Defender assigned to his probate case lied in court when he said his son said he didn't want to live with his family; private attorney provided accurate information in court
