INCLUDING A STIPULATION FOR JUDGMENT AND A PROPOSED FINAL
ORDER IN CONDEMNATION, TO EFFECTUATE THE SETTLEMENT FOR
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY INTERESTS.THE
BOARD ALSO AUTHORIZES AND DIRECTS THE AUDITOR-CONTROLLER
TO ENCUMBER AND TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,146,000
FROM THE FUND 404 RESERVE ACCOUNT TO EFFECTUATE THIS
SETTLEMENT.THE BOARD
ALSO AUTHORIZES COUNTY COUNSEL AND THE AUDITOR CONTROLLER
TO TAKE ALL ACTIONS NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THESE
DIRECTIVES.WHEN
