OF ROBERT SANTOYO ET AL. V. DOE 1 AND THE COUNTY OF
ORANGE.IN THIS CASE,
TWO SIBLINGS SHARING THE SAME MOTHER ALLEGE THAT THEY WERE
SEXUALLY ABUSED BY A FOSTER PARENT IN THE 1970s.THE
ABUSER WAS CONVICTED OF THE CRIME OF COMMITTING LEWD AND
LASCIVIOUS CONDUCT ON A CHILD.THE
CASE REMAINS SUBJECT TO THE FINAL APPROVAL OF OTHERS.WHEN THE SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT IS FINALIZED, COPIES OF THE AGREEMENT WILL BE
MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE OFFICE OF CEO RISK MANAGEMENT
