Brigitte - Oral re: Lack of leadership and abuse of power by the Board; missed opportunity to spotlight human trafficking and recognize charitable faith based organizations; Ilya Tseglin warning of corruption in the courts

 

Don R - Oral re: Concerned with the use of cabs to transport mentally handicapped individuals to day programs due to shortage of OCTA drivers; mentally handicapped individuals are unable to report issues with cab drivers; need to give mentally handicapped individuals priority

 

Bryan Kaye - Oral re: Mother was a government document librarian at Cal State Fullerton; family ancestry were members in Polish liberation movement; should not call Polish and Jewish people derogatory terms; stop use of Black History and Holocaust Memorial as promotions on Facebook pages
