hearing. When addressing the Board, it is requested that you
state your name and city of residence for the record. Members of
the public desiring to speak should address the Board as a whole
through the Chair. Speakers may address the Board on up to three
occasions, with three minutes allotted to the speaker per occasion.

County Executive Office - Acting as the Board of Supervisors and the Orange County Flood Control District - Adopt resolution increasing County Purchasing Officer's authority to enter, extend or renew contracts in limited circumstances to address the COVID-19 local emergency, until 12/31/20; adopt resolution allowing, subject to Board reporting requirements, departments to accept donations related to COVID-19 emergency without further Board approval; and adopt resolution delegating certain authority to Chief Real Estate Officer or designee, during the COVID-19 emergency to address COVID-19 local emergency, and to rescind and replace Resolution 01-388 to allow for conformity of granting real property interest throughout County - All Districts |
