This special meeting agenda contains a brief description of each item to be considered. Except as provided by law, no action shall be taken on any item not appearing in the agenda.  Every notice for a special meeting shall provide an opportunity for members of the public to directly address the legislative body concerning any item that has been described in the notice for the meeting.  To speak on a special meeting agenda item, complete a Speaker Request Form(s) and deposit the completed form in the box to the left of the podium.  Speaker request forms must be deposited prior to end of the Special Meeting Agenda Item Comments.  When addressing the Board, it is requested that you state your name and city of residence for the record.  Members of the public desiring to speak should address the Board as a whole through the Chair.  Comments to individual Supervisors or staff are not permitted.  Speakers are allotted to speak no more than three (3) minutes, with twenty (20) minutes cumulative for all speakers, unless extended by the Chair.  Power Point and video presentations must be requested in advance of the meeting through the Clerk.
