County Executive Office - Acting as the Board of Supervisors and the Orange County Flood Control District - Adopt resolution increasing County Purchasing Officer's authority to enter, extend or renew contracts in limited circumstances to address the COVID-19 local emergency, until 12/31/20; adopt resolution allowing, subject to Board reporting requirements, departments to accept donations related to COVID-19 emergency without further Board approval; and adopt resolution delegating certain authority to Chief Real Estate Officer or designee, during the COVID-19 emergency to address COVID-19 local emergency, and to rescind and replace Resolution 01-388 to allow for conformity of granting real property interest throughout County - All Districts
