Stephen Wontrobski - Oral re: Two items pulled from the agenda related to Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) and cost savings that can be passed through to member cities such as Santa Ana who could save $20 million per year if they switched 9-1-1 services to private ambulance companies; Health Care Agency should include option in the RFP asking bidders to provide costs if they staff ambulances with private paramedics; regarding the OCFA amendment 4, suggested adding an item that goes back to original Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) which would allow cities to leave the JPA with a one year notice; and to reduce pension liabilities, there should be immediate negotiations to convert pensions to 401k style plan
