Orange County Grand Jury to cover-up illegal business of forced
conservatorship, State fraud against the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise
Tax Board and real estate fraud; restraining order when exposing Dr. Peter
Mark Hughes; audit conducted by Dr. Peter Mark Hughes was not independent and
objective; rise of fraud through criminal cover-up by Supervisors past and
present is about to implode; Ilya Tseglin wants his autistic child back in
his life |
Ilya Tseglin - Oral re: Proven facts that can be supported by
evidence of corrupt probate judges; judges exterminating for personal
profiteering; Orange County Regional Center Director Larry Landauer, Luis
Pena and illegal recipients stealing public funding approved by the family
probate mental court judges; list of violation of constitution and rules of
law including false report by Luis Pena; his son's removal from his home was
not approved by the courts; son was forced by handcuffs and removed from his home
against his will, the will of his family and conservatorship; forcing toxic
medication against his son's will |
Robert Tseglin - Oral re: Nate Tseglin was removed from his home
three times beginning in 2007, placed in various group homes and on psychotropic
medications; Public Defender assisted in his release in 2008 where he resided
with his family for six years; Irvine Police Department removed him from his
home; Dr. Nathan testified autistic persons should not be placed on drugs and
in confinement; Habeas Corpus was granted and Nate was released; Ilya Tseglin
is on the November 6, 2018 General Election ballot as a Board member |
