Brigitte - Oral re: County Counsel and falsification of documents to loot senior's estate; disrespect of the law and lack of leadership; Friend to the Tseglin's; cover up of tax fraud; CEO Risk Management and the OC Grand Jury

 

Ilya Tseglin - Oral re: Son Nate Tseglin; OC Regional Center Larry Landauer profiteering from the torturing and killing of his son through eugenics; homeless and most vulnerable citizens; government money gives incentive to persecute innocent people

 

The Cameraman - Oral re: Filed three outstanding complaints against OC Sheriff Department and did not receive response within 30 days; Deputy's behavior towards photographers and journalists while Deputy was working on the Santa Ana River in February; received request from Sgt. Kennedy for footage regarding Deputy' s behavior;  delivered the footage in person to Sheriff Department  but never received a response; has not received a response to public records request submitted; Ilya Tseglin attends every meeting and end the torture and chemical killing of his son by psychotropic drugs

 

Bryan Kaye - Oral re: Thanked Supervisor Nelson for his hard work with Chevron; thanked the Board for holding a good meeting; need for informed decisions; prescription drugs make things worse; does not have money to donate to give to supervisors

 

Kenneth Batiste - Oral re: Death and loss of an American hero in Senator John McCain; respected the ethics and morals Senator lived by; Senator crossed party lines to do what was right; all constituents are affected by decisions the Board makes; man in Oxnard killed in front of wife and child by person with mental illness; decisions come back to bite you; need more senior citizen affordable housing and low income housing; does not want Orange County skid row
