Melanie Hoopes - Oral Re: Works for Treasurer-Tax Collector; $9 Billion portfolio is poorly managed, inefficient and not diversified which is costing the County millions of dollars every year needed for County services, Treasurer-Tax Collector refuses to diversify, employee turnover and disgruntled and inexperienced employees create compliance exceptions and puts taxpayer funds at risk, after concerns were reported to Treasury Oversight Committee the Treasurer-Tax Collector sent out a confidentiality statement for employees to sign to not disclose County financial information
