Public Hearing to consider adopting resolution approving OC Animal Care Fee Schedule effective 8/1/14 for all animal license fees and 7/1/14 for all other fees and rescinding and superseding Resolution No. 08-091; receive and file long term vision of OC Animal Care as a regional provider of animal control and animal shelter services; direct staff to approach current contact and non-contract cities regarding long term agreements for animal control and animal shelter services, with the understanding that the County will soon begin planning for a new, state of the art animal shelter and will also study the feasibility of satellite shelters; and make California Environmental Quality Act and other findings - All Districts
