Supervisor Moorlach - Oral Re:  Discussed recent CSAC Urban County Caucus proposal to send a letter to the Governor opposing State borrowing of local tax revenues through Prop. IA provisions and suggestions of revenues and reforms the State should pursue.  Directed that this matter be placed on the agenda for consideration by the Board during the 6/16/09 legislative report.
