Supervisor Bartlett - Oral Re: Commended restaurants in Orange County who received the 'Award of Excellence' from the Health Care Agency in 2016; directed County Executive Office and County Counsel to work with John Wayne Airport Director and staff regarding public safety concerns of passengers who are picked up at John Wayne Airport and transported by Transportation Network Companies (TNC's), particularly Uber, to ensure they comply with Local, State, and Federal regulatory requirements (including Public Utilities Commission Policy of zero tolerance).
