Sheriff desires to contract for the proposed Information Technology Network Contractor Services as outlined above. Sheriff requests Board of Supervisors (Board) approval of the subordinate contract with Intratek for Information Technology Network Contractor Services, effective upon Board approval and the execution of all necessary signatures through March 19, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $1,177,000, as noted in the Recommended Action.
