Prior to the Discussion Calendar, and during the Public Comments portion of the meeting, a member of the public may address the Board on any (or multiple) items on the agenda (excluding public hearings) or on any issue that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. This is the only opportunity for public input except for scheduled public hearing items.
