District Attorney - Approve acceptance of cash donation from Orange County Gang Reduction and Intervention Partnership (OC GRIP) for GRIP Programs ($91,000) - All Districts

Approve Orange County Traffic Committee 7/15/21 report; adopt resolutions naming existing private street as Murphy Lane, and establishing all-way stop control at Foothill Boulevard and Skyline Drive; and make California Environmental Quality Act and other findings - District 3

Approve amendment 1 to cooperative services agreement MA-080-19011372 with Rossmoor Community Services District for street sweeping services ($80,000 per year); and authorize Director or designee to make future amendments under certain conditions- District 2

Approve amendment 2 to contract MA-060-19010584 with Life Technologies Corporation for maintenance of Genetic Analyzers and Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction instruments, 11/1/21 - 10/31/22 ($60,276; cumulative total $141,437); and authorize County Procurement Officer or authorized Deputy to execute amendment - All Districts

 

6.

Approve amendment 5 to agreement with City of Stanton for law enforcement services; adding one crime prevention specialist, one office specialist and one mobile data computer, effective 10/5/21; approve FY 2021-22 charges for law enforcement services ($12,329,325; cumulative total $46,318,114); and authorize Sheriff-Coroner to execute future amendments under certain conditions - District 2

 

HEALTH CARE AGENCY

Approve selection of and contract MA-042-22010423 with Kingdom Causes, Inc. dba City Net for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Continuum of Care 2022 Point in Time Count, 10/5/21 - 6/30/22 ($500,000); and authorize County Procurement Officer or authorized Deputy to exercise cost contingency increase not to exceed 10% under certain conditions and execute contract - All Districts

 

OC PUBLIC WORKS

 

8.

Approve cooperative agreements with City of Costa Mesa, MA-080-22010213 for funding and maintenance of Santa Ana Avenue Bridge over Santa Ana Delhi Channel, and MA-080-22010220 for funding and maintenance of Hamilton Avenue/Victoria Street Bridge over Santa Ana River and Greenville Banning Channel; effective 10/5/21; adopt resolutions declaring portions of Santa Ana Avenue and Hamilton Avenue/Victoria Street to be County highways for maintenance purposes - District 2(4/5 vote of membership)

Approve amendment 4 to renew contract MA-080-18010124 with Action Research for stormwater education and outreach campaign services, 11/9/21 - 11/8/22 ($470,000; cumulative total $2,440,000); and authorize County Procurement Officer or authorized Deputy to execute amendment - All Districts

 

10.

Approve amendment 1 to job order contract MA-080-20011017 with Baker Electric, Inc. for electrical services, 10/12/21 - 1/11/22; authorize Director or designee to execute amendment; and make California Environmental Quality Act and other findings - District 1

Approve amendment 2 to contract MA-299-18010447 with Civil Environmental Survey Group Inc. dba CES for continuing operations and maintenance services of groundwater control, monitoring systems and water supply systems, North Region Landfills, 11/15/21 - 11/14/22 ($350,000; cumulative total $1,750,000); and authorize County Procurement Officer or authorized Deputy to execute amendment - Districts 3 and 4
