Acting as the Board of Supervisors and Orange County Housing Authority - Acting as Housing Successor Agency - Approve additional utilization of five Project-Based Housing Choice Vouchers for Westminster Crossing and authorize execution of related documents, instruments and agreements; authorize Director or designee to subordinate previously approved $850,000 permanent loan to a future First Deed of Trust Tranche A conventional loan of $5,038,338 and Second Deed of Trust Tranche B permanent loan of $3,043,103 and to subordinate additional senior debt and other sources of affordable housing financing and execute subordination agreements, standard set of loan documents and restrictive covenants, and such additional agreements, contracts, instructions and instruments necessary or appropriate for permanent loan financing and commitment of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Project-Based Housing Choice Vouchers under certain conditions - District 1

Acting as the Board of Supervisors -  Approve sale and transfer of Sterling Court (also known as California Villas) from 935 S. Gilbert Street Partners, L.P. to Post Sterling Court, L.P., subordination of existing Loan Agreement to new senior mortgage (up to $4,011,000) and assignment of Regulatory Agreement to new First Deed of Trust; approve transfer in partnership interest in Solara Court Senior Apartments limited partnership, West Lincoln Housing Partners Limited Partnership, from SAH West Lincoln Limited, Inc., Co-General Partner, and SAH West Lincoln Investor, LLC, Limited Partner, to West Community Housing, Inc., current Managing General Partner, and WCH Affordable XLIX, LLC, new Limited Partner, and re-subordination of County's Regulatory Agreement to new short-term senior mortgage (up to $12,562,000) and future permanent loan senior mortgage (up to $14,064,708) and California Department of Housing and Community Development Regulatory Agreement; authorize Director or designee to subordinate to additional senior debt up to 100% and execute additional agreements, contracts, instructions and instruments under certain conditions; Acting as Orange County Housing Authority - Approve substitution of Post FCL MM, II, LLC, as new Co-General Partner, in place of Post FCL MM, LLC for Fullerton City Lights - District 4
