Approve Orange County Traffic Committee 5/16/19 report; adopt resolutions establishing "radar enforced" prima facie 30mph speed limit on Andaza Street from Ventada Street to Airoso Street, 35mph speed limit on Airoso Street from Chiquita Canyon Drive to Chiquita Canyon Drive/Los Patrones Parkway; speed limits on Esencia Drive of 40mph from Cow Camp Road to Andaza Street and 35mph from Andaza Street to Airoso Street; speed limits on Chiquita Canyon Drive of 40mph from Cow Camp Road to west Airoso Street and 45mph from west Airoso Street to east Airoso Street; and make California Environmental Quality Act and other findings - District 5
