Except as provided by law, no action shall be taken on any item not appearing in the agenda.  To speak on an item, complete a Speaker Request Form(s) identifying the item(s) and deposit the completed form(s) in the box to the left of the podium.  To speak on a matter not appearing in the agenda, but under the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors, you may do so during Public Comments at the end of the meeting.  Speaker request forms must be deposited prior to the beginning of the consent calendar, the reading of the individual agenda items, the opening of the public hearing and/or the beginning of Public Comments.  When addressing the Board, it is requested that you state your name and city of residence for the record.  Members of the public desiring to speak should address all remarks and questions to the Board.  Speakers may address the Board on up to three occasions, with three minutes allotted to the speaker per occasion. PowerPoint and video presentations must be requested in advance of the meeting through the Clerk.

Approve amendment 3 to renew contract MA-042-22011583 with Children's Hospital of Orange County dba CHOC Children's for children and transitional age youth full service partnership/wraparound services for co-occurring disorders, 7/1/25 - 6/30/27 ($15,805,330; cumulative total $36,294,362); and authorize County Procurement Officer or Deputized designee to execute amendment - District 2

Approve amendment 7 to renew contract MA-042-21011456 with Carelon Behavioral Healthof California, Inc. for administrative services organization for specialty mental health and drug Medi-Cal substance abuse services, 7/1/25 - 6/30/26 ($12,879,534; cumulative total $57,972,253); and authorize County Procurement Officer or Deputized designee to execute amendment - All Districts

Approve contract MA-042-25010461 with Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance, Inc. for suicide and self-harm reduction services ($1,650,000); approve contract MA-042-25011085 with Didi Hirsch Psychiatric Service dba Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services for 988 Crisis Hotline services ($550,000), 7/1/25 - 6/30/26; each renewable for two additional two-year terms; and authorize County Procurement Officer or Deputized designee to execute contracts - All Districts
